SHIPPING TIMES: We strive to process orders as quickly as possible at the same time we have put in place current safeguards to protect the health and safety that can affect shipping times.

These items can be returned unopened/tabs still in place within 15 days. A 10% restocking fee will be charged

CUSTOM UNITS
All custom orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks after purchase. (THIS EXCLUDES CUSTOM HAIR LINE UNITS) ALL CUSTOM UNITS ARE FINAL SALE! NO EXCEPTIONS
Stock units are shipped within 5 business days after purchase.

Orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS and tracking numbers will be emailed once order is fulfilled
Please note we cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the allotted time. Shipping companies may experience delays that are out of our control once your package is picked up. We will not be responsible for reimbursing shipping cost due to their delays.
During periods of high volume (sales and major promotions) it will take longer to process and fulfill order request. We ask for your understanding and patience while we do our best to process and fulfill all orders as quickly possible.
Shipping to PO Boxes: Please note that FED EX DOES NOT SHIP to PO Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address and, if required, submit your order to payment review.
